
Pilates Fundamentals
Service Description
Pilates Fundamentals is a workshop style class for new and seasoned practitioners alike. We'll break down staple movements like the Hundreds and Roll Ups, then move into sequences that target all major muscles. Pilates emphasizes controlled, precise movement and breath awareness, which helps improve core stability, balance, and overall body alignment. What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Class can be done barefoot or with socks. Mats are available if needed. All participants are required to create a Mindbody account with The Dance Complex in order to attend class.
